The shipment of a replica wooden dhow (both an art installation and children’s playground) to the Qatar Museums, Doha, took a staged approach, with special care taken in handling large and delicate pieces. As the craftsmen applied their finishing touches to each piece to ready them for shipment, the riggers & cranes carefully lifted each piece into open top containers. A total of eighteen 40’ open top containers and seven 40’ high cube containers were loaded and transported.
